Gokstad AI — Terms (Payments & Subscriptions)

1. Purpose of Payments

Payments made to Gokstad AI are support contributions that help maintain servers, GPUs, storage, bandwidth, power, and ongoing development. Paid tiers may include expanded features and usage limits as thank-you perks, not guaranteed contracted services.

2. Service Availability

The Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, hardware issues, outages, or unexpected technical problems. Downtime can occur and may be unplanned. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

3. Changes to Features, Tiers, and Pricing

Features, tiers, limits, and pricing may change over time to keep the Service sustainable. When possible, changes will be posted in advance. Changes apply to future billing periods. Your access remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions (if offered) may renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and for any charges incurred under your account.

5. Refund Policy

Because payments primarily support ongoing infrastructure and development, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If there is an extended outage, compensation may be provided at Gokstad AI’s discretion in the form of extended time or additional usage — not monetary refunds.

6. Fair Use and Abuse

You agree not to:

• Abuse usage limits or attempt to overload services
• Use automation to farm outputs or bypass limits
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service

Abuse may result in rate limiting, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination of access without refund.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs safely. The Service does not provide professional advice, and Gokstad AI is not liable for how outputs are used.

8. Account Actions

You are responsible for your account activity. If you believe your account is compromised, notify us immediately. Gokstad AI may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of applicable rules.

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of paid features after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
