Gokstad AI - Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or use the Services. By registering, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services to generate, distribute, or support illegal, violent, or hateful content, including content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity (including anti-White content), religion, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin.
• Use the Services for harassment, stalking, defamation, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Use the Services to violate any laws, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or export laws.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the functionality, security, or integrity of the Services or the systems they operate on.
• Use the Services in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading manner.
• Attempt to use or repurpose the Services in a way that could endanger others or be interpreted as malicious activity.

Violations of the above may result in immediate account termination and permanent bans. We reserve the right to report suspected illegal behavior to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including providing identifying data when required.

3. No Liability for User Activity or Output

Gokstad AI provides tools that generate content based on user input and public data. The Services do not operate independently and require user prompts to function.

Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gokstad AI is not liable for the content generated by the AI in response to your inputs.
• You are solely responsible for any and all consequences of using, sharing, or acting upon generated outputs.
• Gokstad AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI-generated content.

You use the system at your own risk.

4. Account and Data Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts without notice for violations of these Terms or behavior we determine to be harmful to our system or community.

We do not guarantee storage of user-generated content. While we strive to maintain uptime and access, we are not responsible for lost data. Users are encouraged to export or back up any critical data or content they wish to retain.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and systems provided by Gokstad AI are the intellectual property of Gokstad AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our software, models, or services without written permission.

6. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice or refund, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms or present a risk to our platform.

7. Disclaimers

Gokstad AI provides the Services “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any harm or loss resulting from your use of or reliance on the Services or content generated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gokstad AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services, including generated content, lost profits, data loss, or system failure.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gokstad AI operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Gokstad AI. If any provision is found invalid, the rest shall remain in effect.
